Henderson Castle, Kalamazoo, MI
The Henderson Castle was established in 1985. Mr. Hederson was the owner of Henderson-Ames Company which made uniforms regaila for secret societies.Inside the Castle included: seven baths, an elevator, a third-floor ballroom, and a hot tub (included later). The castle's exterior was constructed of lake Superior sandstone and brick. The interior wood included: mahogany, bird's eye maple, quartered oak, birch, and american sycamore.
Mr. Henderson, didn't live in his own castle for long because he died in 1899. His wife stayed in the castle until 1908. The castle has been in three movies all horror films including one called "In The Woods".

The Grill House, Allegan MI
The Grill House was known as the Hubbard house and it was built in 1836. The building was a headquaters and boarding house for the area lumberjacks. The Hubbard house was named after the person who built it Samuel Hubbard. as legend has it a lumberjack was killed in a barroom knife fight. his body was buried on the property in an unmarked grave.
People Have named the Ghostly guest as "Jack". He has been known to move chairs, leaving candles burning,dimming the lights,changing the radio stations, opening and closing the doors, and rattling the dishes.

In Holmes Hall, on the sixth floor of the west building, students have reported seeing a male figure enter the elevator. Immediately after the door closes it reopens, revealing an empty elevator. Appliances have also been known to come on by themselves.
There have been sightings of an old man in the oak room in the basement. Supposedly he was locked in there in 1975 and suffocated and died. The toilets flush themselves and voices have been heard in halls. There is a loud banging noise that can be heard early in the morning. Sometimes the lights will flicker and an eerie presence can be felt in the laundry room.

Traverse City State Hospital
here are many claims of hearing voices and screams coming from inside the abandoned building. Lights have been seen coming on inside patient rooms even though no electricity has been run to the buildings in years.Numerous apparitions of both children and adults have been seen throughout the hospital grounds as well as in the Chapel. It is claimed the apparition of a priest can be seen in the chapel. The priest is said to have committed suicide in the chapel.
The Masonic Temple in Detroit
The Masonic Temple is a popular location for concerts and activities and also haunting. The building’s original owner, George D. Mason was said to have gone broke financing the building for the Masons, also ruining his marriage and he allegedly committed suicide jumping off the roof of the building. There are cold spots, reports of doors closing suddenly and a feeling of being watched reported by some.
